We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily operations in our Dubai office. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
Maintain inventory accuracy and update CRM records
Support finance, supplier communication, and client documentation
Assist with deliveries, courier tracking, and content shoot logistics
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or operations
Background in luxury retail is a strong advantage
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiar with CRM systems and tools like Lightspeed, Xero, or WooCommerce
Based in the UAE and available to join immediately
