Hiring….. Job Title: Procurement Executive

Steel Wood Industries FZCO, a leading wood-manufacturing firm based in Jebel Ali, is looking for a hands-on Procurement Executive to manage the full procurement lifecycle and ensure timely supply of materials that meet quality and cost targets. The role requires a strong procurement background within a factory environment and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production needs
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Raise accurate purchase orders with clear terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time deliveries of materials and services
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation, payments, and credit notes
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures
• Maintain clear and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
• Work closely with production, logistics, and other teams to support smooth operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years’ UAE experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation detail
• Immediate joiners preferred
