Description:

Ansaldo Energia Gulf LLC is hiring a Planning and Control Assistant to provide essential support in production, project tracking, and cost control operations. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in coordinating project milestones, managing inventory, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in cost control and spare parts inventory management
• Support production planning and project management activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency and adherence to standards
• Generate progress and performance reports for management review
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with administrative duties

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in production planning and project management
• Proven record in tracking and controlling project execution, deliverables, and costs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of working under pressure and handling urgent tasks independently
• Preferably holds a valid UAE driver’s license
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
