Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and users, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account setup, navigating our platform, and optimizing their profiles.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Continuously improve customer support by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the human resources industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
