Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional spa treatments including full body massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services following established protocols.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments to enhance their wellness and beauty experience.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment within the spa treatment rooms and common areas.
- Manage client bookings and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on aftercare and product usage to maintain treatment benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client preferences.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to promote spa packages and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to offer clients the best services.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and spa policies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience working in a busy SPA or salon environment.
- Skilled in a range of spa treatments including massage therapy, facials, body scrubs, waxing, manicure, and pedicure.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in spa services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Salary: Ksh. 15,000 - Ksh. 20,000
