Hanam Flavor is seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious breakfast dishes that delight our customers and uphold our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve breakfast dishes with creativity and consistency.
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to our menu and recipes.
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely and efficient manner during breakfast hours.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve breakfast offerings.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of catering, confectionery, and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for food and a creative flair for breakfast dishes.
  • Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards and quality.
