We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our leadership team in Abu Dhabi and drive human resources strategies that foster organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams and line managers.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within Healthcare, Construction, Trading, or Automotive sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
