About the Role
- We are seeking a driven and compassionate Sales & Appointments Coordinator to join our team supporting a network of clinics in the UK. This is a fully remote role focused on following up with incoming leads, nurturing them through the sales journey, and securing confirmed appointments for our clinics. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and able to build trust quickly with potential clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up on all incoming leads via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Effectively communicate the value of clinic services and address client queries with clarity and empathy.
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring they progress to confirmed bookings/appointments.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and appointment targets.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless handover of confirmed appointments.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, client concerns, and sales trends.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering consistent results.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or appointment-setting roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage English native speakers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance empathy, patience, and persuasion.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and remote communication platforms.
- A go-getter attitude with resilience, adaptability, and drive.
