Job Description

Driver

Industry: FMCG

Location: Thika, Kenya

Category: Driver

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Kshs. 30,000 - Kshs. 35,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport clients and staff to their destinations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
  • Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Keep accurate records of travel logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or other items as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Requirements

  • Valid Kenyan driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of High/Secondary School education.
  • 5 years proven experience as a driver in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Thika and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
