Job Description
  • We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid media strategy and drive customer acquisition. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the expert responsible for turning advertising budget into measurable business growth. You will have ownership of our performance marketing channels and play a key role in shaping our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and run our paid search and paid social campaigns across all major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). You will manage the budget to maximize results.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Dive deep into campaign data to continuously improve performance. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI and increasing conversion rates for our loan products.
  • Collaborate on Content Strategy: Work closely with our Brand & Communications team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. You'll ensure our brand message is effective in paid channels.
  • Drive Website Performance: Lead projects to improve our website as a primary lead generation tool, including overseeing SEO initiatives and content updates to enhance the user experience and conversion funnels.

  • Experienced: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You are an expert in campaign data analysis and can confidently use tools like Google Analytics to derive insights and drive optimization. You live and breathe metrics like CPA, CPL, and ROI.
  • Commercially Minded: You have a "business-owner mindset" and are focused on how marketing activities can directly impact the company's bottom line.
