Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a valuable role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Curation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, images, videos, and stories to be shared across social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and monitoring social media accounts. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and track social media metrics.
• Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community, by participating in discussions, generating user-generated content, and helping to foster a positive online presence and brand reputation.
• Social Media Advertising: Aid in the implementation of social media advertising campaigns, including developing ad copy, targeting options, and monitoring ad performance.
• Market Research: Assist in conducting competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, demonstrating the effectiveness of social media strategies.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the cohesive execution of social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Very strong interest in social media marketing and understanding of various social media platforms.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and compelling social media content.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.

This is a paid internship position requiring approximately 20-30 hours per week. The internship duration is 3 months with the potential for future career opportunities within our organization.
