3D Designer – Events | Dubai

We’re seeking a highly creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our team, bringing bold and innovative event concepts to life through immersive 3D visuals, stage designs, and experiential environments. You will collaborate closely with production and client teams to transform ideas into high-quality renders that inspire clients and elevate live event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design stages, exhibition booths, immersive environments, and other event-related structures
• Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams from concept to execution
• Develop detailed renders, layouts, and technical drawings for presentations and production
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative concepts
• Create fly-throughs, walkthroughs, and visualizations for client pitches
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Designer in the events or experiential industry
• Proven portfolio showcasing event-related 3D designs (stages, booths, installations, scenic builds)
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent software
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for post-production and rendering
• Strong understanding of materials, structures, and event production processes
• Excellent time management and visualization skills
• Ability to present concepts clearly and creatively to internal teams and clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for high-profile events, exhibitions, or brand activations in UAE/GCC
• Familiarity with VR walkthroughs, animations, or real-time 3D tools
• Background in interior, scenic, or architectural design applied to events
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to translate them into spatial design
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
