Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently, stay composed under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the real estate and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments such as maintenance, guest relations, and accounting.
Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, and company documents.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking operational tasks.
Support onboarding of new properties and vendors when needed.
Handle inquiries and communication in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate or holiday homes industry is preferred.
