𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

We are seeking a skilled Operation Executive to join our Dubai office. The role involves handling the end-to-end import and export processes and ensuring smooth workflow across all shipments.

Roles and Duties:
• Manage full freight operations of import and export shipments for both FCL and LCL until final delivery
• Proficient in Calogi, expertly managing the entire import and export workflow for air shipments
• Coordinate issuance of Delivery Orders, prepare BOE (local/freezone/transit/transfer of ownership), and manage MOFAIC and country of origin documents for multiple entities
• Handle specialized shipments requiring regulatory permits from authorities including DCD, TDRA, MOIAT, SIRA, DM Health & Safety, and CEPA
• Experience dealing with complex shipments such as flat racks, RORO, heavy machinery, trucks, boats, and crane equipment
