- We are seeking a passionate and experienced ICT Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective ICT lessons in line with the British National Curriculum (Cambridge) standards. The teacher will inspire learners to develop strong digital literacy skills and a deep understanding of information and communication technology concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver ICT lessons that meet the requirements of the British National Curriculum (Cambridge).
- Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student learning and encourages curiosity in technology.
- Support both primary and secondary learners where required.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, including safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in ICT or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a British National Curriculum/Cambridge setting.
- Experience teaching both primary and secondary levels is an added advantage.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and inte
- rpersonal skills.
