Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with potential clients in the hospitality industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the HORECA segment.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the retail or HORECA sector.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
