Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Agent
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Category: Retail, Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote SunCulture's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet those needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any product-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
- Passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact in rural communities.
