Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations & Governance Associate to join our Human Resource team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee HR operations, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and governance frameworks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Provide support in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
