Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Value Management (CVM) operations team in developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data-driven campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CVM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
