Job Description

Lordship Africa Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the administration and management of documents and records related to our real estate projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
  • Ensure that all documents are up to date and reflect the most current information.
  • Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and archive documents efficiently to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document management procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control, secretarial, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
