Requirements:

• Previous experience in cafés, coffee shops, or restaurants is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of specialty coffee and café operations.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to relocate to Al Ain if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Coordinate effectively with baristas and kitchen staff.
• Stay updated on menu items, coffee selections, and seasonal offerings.
