Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and seriously detail-oriented Sales and E-Commerce Manager.
This role is crucial for enhancing sales, managing inventory, and overseeing online + in-store operations for one brand with support for second brand. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, proficiency in Shopify, and strong sales skills. This position provides an opportunity to connect with wholesale stockists and retail customers both nationally and internationally while promoting high-quality products. The success of this position will be measured on the success of sales during the probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with wholesale stockists and retail customers to drive sales via sales calls and visits.
Manage and improve the Shopify store to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Training and providing support to existing staff members on shopify and inventory.
Conduct and provide support to conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory effectively.
Create sales reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in sales and e-commerce management, ideally in retail or fashion.
A demonstrated familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
Advanced skills in Google Drive, Word and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary: Monthly gross salary; KSH60,000 - KSh 80,000 (Approx 470USD)
