Hiring – HR & Payroll Administrator
We are seeking an organized and experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll and core HR operations for our Abu Dhabi operations. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced retail/food environment. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with proven UAE experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end payroll (WPS) including overtime, incentives, statutory deductions, End of Service (EOS) calculations, and final settlements.
- Maintain HRIS/ERP records and ensure employee files are up to date (experience with Odoo is a plus).
- Administer leave and attendance processes, manage onboarding, employment contracts, and renewals.
- Ensure legal compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
✅ Requirements
- 2–3 years’ UAE experience handling HR and payroll functions.
- Proficient with ERP/HRIS platforms (Odoo preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS procedures, and accurate EOS calculations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Preference for Filipino candidates who are currently residing in the UAE.
