Description:
We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory movement to extract actionable business insights and drive decisions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Tableau for real-time performance tracking.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and retail operations teams to translate data into clear recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and merchandising.
• Build demand-forecasting models and optimize stock levels to reduce shortages and excess inventory across channels.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and governance; identify process improvements to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA/MSc) is a plus.
• 5–7 years of hands-on analytics experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong SQL skills and proven experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R for analytical modeling is an advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in deriving insights from sales, customer, and inventory datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders.
