Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing region-specific marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Supervising and mentoring Marketing Executives to ensure effective implementation.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Overseeing photography, videography, and influencer collaborations within the region.
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
Providing regular updates and reports to the Group Marketing Manager.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (hospitality or service industry preferred).
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and hospitality trends.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
A creative, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
