Responsibilities;
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for all business units
Oversee accounts receivable/payable, salaries, statutory payments, and petty cash management.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory tracking.
Support event/project financial planning, supplier contracts, and reconciliation.
Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and support the CEO with reporting and special projects.
Ensure efficient use of financial systems including Odoo, OpenFloat, and spreadsheets/CRM tools.
Required Specifications;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
At least 6 years experience in accounting with exposure to project management and/or HR administration is added advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Odoo preferred), online banking, and financial systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
