Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records in physical and digital formats.
- Support HRIS updates, leave management, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding.
- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Support performance management cycles by collecting and tracking appraisals.
- Prepare and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.
- Maintain training records and assist in identifying training needs.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and Kenyan labor laws.
- Compile HR reports on recruitment, turnover, leave, and training.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Officer.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support
- Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage
