Job Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of company records.
Conduct debtor and creditor reconciliations, following up on outstanding balances.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports for internal and external use.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts and budgets.
Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers (specifically Clause 31: Allocation of the Transaction Price).
Support audits and ensure all financial documents are audit-ready.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist in process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
Other Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in the vehicle tracling or valuation sector.
Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
CPA Part II and above is a must.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
