Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager – Benefits Realization will be responsible for ensuring that EGH’s strategic and transformational projects deliver measurable business value and sustainable benefits. This role will design and implement benefits realization frameworks, engage critical stakeholders including Finance—to track value, and translate project outcomes into strategic, financial, and operational impact for the Group.
Job Responsibilities
Benefits Realization Strategy & Framework
Develop and institutionalize a benefits realization framework across the Group’s transformational projects
Define benefits measurement criteria (financial, operational, and strategic) aligned with EGH’s strategic objectives.
Ensure that all business cases clearly articulate expected benefits, timelines, and measurement approaches
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Partner closely with Finance to ensure financial benefits are accurately quantified, tracked, and reported.
Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Portfolio Managers, and Business Owners to embed benefit accountability within delivery teams.
Facilitate cross-functional engagement to resolve benefit-related risks and challenges.
Process Design & Governance
Establish processes and tools for tracking, validating, and reporting benefits realization.
Integrate benefits tracking into project governance, EPMO dashboards, and executive reporting.
Conduct benefit reviews at key project milestones and post-implementation to confirm realization.
Leadership & Change Enablement
Lead, coach, and mentor benefits realization analysts or officers within the EPMO
Drive a culture of value delivery and accountability across EGH’s project portfolio, empower the team to deliver
Engage senior leadership and EXCO in understanding and supporting benefits-driven decision-making
Reporting & Communication
Provide transparent, accurate, and timely benefits realization reports to the Group EPMO Director, and EXCO
Translate technical or financial benefit data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
Highlight lessons learned to improve future project investments and value capture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5–8 years of experience in benefits realization, portfolio management, finance, or strategic project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong track record in engaging senior stakeholders, particularly in Finance and Strategy functions.
Proven ability to design and embed processes, frameworks, and governance structures in complex organizations.
Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and ROI measurement.
Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, MoP, or Benefits Management certifications (e.g., Managing Benefits) are an added advantage.
