Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Participate in the elicitation of business requirements using various techniques such interviews, analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.  

 

Support the translation of strategic initiatives into delivery-focused change initiatives, while translating business requirement into actionable technical deliverables.

 

Work closely with subject matter experts from business and technology in the identification of capability gaps and the development of business capability models.

 

Support the identification and analysis of the Bank’s business drivers to deliver enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements. 

 

Perform technical analysis to provide guidance and direction on the best path for solving business problems/opportunities within the existing architecture framework.

 

Participate in technology projects to ensure that business requirements are aligned with the organization’s strategies and enterprise architecture roadmap/framework.

 

Develop Business Architecture artefacts such as business capability maps, blueprints, and reference architectures, and ensure that they are maintained in an accessible repository.

 

Participate in discussions with groups of diverse stakeholders and ‘shape’ the flow of conversation towards meeting business aspirations without violating the approved architectural standards.

 

Leverages business capabilities as a platform for illustrating the link between business needs with decisions to their technology, solution, business and information architecture efforts

 

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Academic & Professional

 

Education     Bachelor’s Degree    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study    RQ

 

Professional Qualifications    CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL    AA     

 

Project Management    PRINCE II    AA     

 

Experience
