What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire Teams
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Operations Associates.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in line with ANDO values.
Work closely with the management team to ensure strong communication across teams.
Drive Outlet Performance
Own key metrics including revenue, food cost, packaging cost, gross profit, prep time, delivery times, and order accuracy.
Monitor daily and weekly performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
Champion Guest Experience
Ensure every order meets our promise: less than 15 minutes prep time, less than 30 minutes delivery time, and outstanding packaging quality.
Actively resolve customer issues and put processes in place to prevent repeats.
Always think one step ahead to create “wow moments” for guests.
Manage Inventory & Quality
Oversee store management, preventing stock-outs and reducing variances.
Partner with the Culinary Lead to enforce food quality and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.
Coordinate Delivery Operations
Manage courier partners to balance supply and demand.
Ensure no delays occur due to shortages in delivery supply.
Maintain strong relationships with riders, motivating them to deliver with excellence.
Who You Are
You have 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage/restaurant management, handling both front of house and kitchen operations.
Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven and organized, with an eye for efficiency and detail.
Customer-obsessed: you understand that great food + great service = loyal guests.
Bonus: Experience working with Nigerian cuisine.
