DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception Duties:
Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage bookings and appointment schedules (in-person, phone, WhatsApp).
Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service.
Social Media Marketing:
Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Grow online presence and engagement through consistent and creative posting.
Promote services, offers, and events to attract new and repeat customers.
Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner.
Take quality photos/videos of work done by stylists for online use.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (receptionist or digital marketing)
Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good eye for design and social media trends
Ability to use social media tools/apps (Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
