Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the company’s presence in the dermatology and cosmetic product market.

 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including dermatologists, pharmacists, clinics, and beauty retailers.

 

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.

 

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support product promotions, launches, and campaigns.

 

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.

 

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

1–2 years' experience in sales, specifically within the cosmetics or dermatology industry.

 

Strong knowledge of skincare and dermatological product lines.

 

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
