KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement and Supply chain support that is:

Source medicines from licensed suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.

Oversee quality assurance, including batch tracking and expiry monitoring.

Product Development & Design

Analyse common clinical needs and design medication packages for different use cases (e.g., maternal

health, paediatrics, chronic disease management).

Ensure packages balance clinical utility, affordability, and profitability.

Market Research & Demand Analysis

Engage with clinics to identify their prescribing practices, pain points, and preferences.

Utilize data insights to identify high-demand medicines and optimize product offerings.

Product Management & Pricing

Develop tiered product solutions (basic, premium, specialized packages).

Define pricing strategy and clinic incentive/commission models.

Dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions for accuracy.

Advising patients on proper medication use and side effects.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognised University.

Minimum 5years’ experience in pharmaceutical related fields.

Ability to maintain accurate patient records and inventory management.

Customer service skills for patient counselling.

Passionate about health equity and making a difference.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
