Learning and Development is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
KEY ROLES
Learning & Development
Design and implement training programs, learning modules, and staff orientation. Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and career aspirations.
Curate and publish a year-round learning calendar aligned with business strategy. Research best practices and lead the design of innovative learning programs. Evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives and report on impact.
Performance Management
Lead and coordinate the company's performance management process. Track employee and departmental performance before/after training.
Promote performance conversations and structured improvement plans. Develop and implement a "Lintons Stars" program to groom top performers.
Support succession planning in collaboration with HR leadership.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in HRM (postgraduate and retail industry background an advantage).
Membership: Must be a member of IHRM.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Human Resources Development/training (preferably retail).
