Tatu Coffee is Kenya’s largest and most forward-thinking coffee producer, fully vertically integrated from farm to roastery. Across our five estate farms, we set new benchmarks for quality, sustainability, and community investment. We are hiring a Barista for our Experience Centre to prepare high-quality coffee beverages and engage with clients and guests, to deliver a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with excellence and consistency.

Maintain a clean, welcoming café space and uphold Tatu Coffee’s hospitality standards.

Act as a front-line brand ambassador for both Tatu City and Tatu Coffee, engaging warmly with clients, visitors, and VIP guests.

Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a premium experience for visiting clients and partners.

Support and participate in VIP activations and client hospitality events, including tastings, presentations, and product launches.

Provide insight and feedback from guest interactions to continuously improve service and storytelling.

Manage inventory of café supplies and support ordering and stock-keeping.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and uphold hygiene standards.

Requirements
