Job Description
- Are you detail-oriented, accurate, and skilled in handling both billing and insurance processes? We are looking for a qualified BILLING OFFICER to manage invoicing, patient accounts, and insurance claims with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounts (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing & claims processing
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in billing systems, invoicing, and financial software
Responsibilities
- Generate and process patient bills accurately and on time
- Ensure proper documentation for insurance approvals
- Prepare financial and billing reports for management
- Handle patient and insurance queries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and finance teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, financial regulations, and company standards
