Responsibilities:

Within delegated authority, the Consultant will be responsible for the following duties with an overall mission to establish a project management tool for the Cities Investment Facility: Develop the digital infrastructure for the CIF project management tool

Develop a custom design based on the project specifications Preparing documentation/manuals for the operation and maintenance of the system

Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on the use of the system Migrating the CIF website from wordpress hosting system

Design an online learning module integrated into the migrated website

Provide technical backstopping to address any problems with the website and the tool Conduct an in-depth technical audit of the project specifications to identify the best practices and elements that may be missing and present the gaps identified

Qualifications/special skills

First-level university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology and other relate courses is required.

4-year relevant experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of data and digital solutions and software systems
