Key Responsibilities:
Generate invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and issue customer statements and aging reports.
Analyze creditworthiness, monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and enforce credit control policies.
Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, update vendor records, reconcile statements, and ensure prompt payments.
Manage tax filings, ensure timely remittances, stay informed on tax regulations, and support tax audits.
Prepare financial statements, reconcile bank and ledger accounts, and manage cash flow.
Maintain internal controls, ensure accounting compliance, and coordinate with auditors and regulators.
Qualifications:
Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
Proficient in using financial software and tools.
Hands on with integrity and interpersonal skills.
Flexible & Reliable.
Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh. 150,000 – 200,000/=(Approx 1160USD)
