Skills & Qualifications

 

Diploma/Certificate in Facilities/Maintenance/Real Estate or Property Management (or equivalent)

 

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

 

Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills

 

Knowledge of preventive and corrective

 

maintenance practices

 

Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
