Job Description

Join Mirema School as our Head of Department - Catering, where you will lead daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure excellence in food quality, hygiene, and service.

 

Qualifications

 

Diploma/Bachelor's in Food Production, Food & Beverage, or related field.

 

At least 3 years' supervisory experience in catering.

 

Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and Medical Certificate.

 

Proficiency in computer applications.

 

Skills and Attributes

 

Strong knowledge of food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards

 

Ability to manage time and resources efficiently

 

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

 

Team player with good communication skills
