Role Purpose:
To ensure seamless communication with clients and candidates, manage inquiries efficiently, support social media engagement, and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Redirect and resolve incoming client and candidate inquiries promptly and effectively.
Manage communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and company website.
Collect, record, and report feedback from clients and candidates systematically.
Support recruiters with follow-ups on candidate communication.
Work closely with the CEO and Business Development team on new business inquiries.
Schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) according to the content calendar.
Monitor social media engagement, flag trends, and track audience questions.
Maintain accurate records of client details, including contact information.
Prepare and share timely reports with internal teams.
Collaboration Points:
Work with recruiters and coordinators to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
Support the Sales team by redirecting correspondence and responding to potential client inquiries.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or student eager to gain practical experience in customer experience, administration, or communications.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
