Role Purpose:
To support sales growth by driving outreach, lead generation, and client engagement for CV packages and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell CV packages to individual job seekers through structured outreach.
Identify and qualify leads for recruitment services using databases, LinkedIn, and events.
Assist in developing sales decks, proposals, and tailored service offers.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for CV and recruitment services.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report activity in CRM (Zoho).
Collaboration Points:
Work with recruiters to align on service positioning and candidate sales pitches.
Coordinate with marketing on promotional campaigns and client materials.
Share client feedback to improve services and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
A recent graduate pursuing a career in sales and business development within the HR services sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage deadlines effectively.
