Your Role
As our go-to social media expert, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and executing engaging, on-brand content strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube)
Managing day-to-day social media operations, content calendars, and community engagement
Monitoring trends, responding to consumer conversations, and driving positive brand sentiment
Collaborating with creative, product, and influencer teams to create buzz-worthy campaigns
Tracking and reporting on KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, ROI) and optimizing performance
This is a full-time on-site - Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5pm & Saturday: 8 am to 1pm role
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or youth-centric brands
Strong content creation and copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling
Deep knowledge of the Kenyan digital landscape and consumer culture
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Suite
A self-starter with a data-driven mindset and passion for fast-moving brands
