What you will do:
Manage logistical operations and structured project teams.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results.
Identify and mitigate operational risks with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Facilities, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure successful outcomes.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and deliver results on time.
Solid knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory, and financial operations processes.
Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills with ability to provide actionable recommendations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities—able to structure, guide, and motivate project teams.
Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
High level of integrity, accountability, and decision-making skills
