Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Solutions Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will verify payment transactions, ensure they are successfully processed, and update transaction records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and confirm the success of payment transactions.
Update payment records and ensure all data is accurate.
Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding payment status when necessary.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or failed payments promptly.
Assist in generating reports related to payment transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with payment systems and basic accounting software.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
