Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Business Management or related subject.
- 15-20 years experience in FMCG industry
- Ambitious individual with high drive for sales results. A team leader with good understanding of Route to Market (RTM) in General Trade.
- Proven track record in upcountry market regions. Good communication, negotiation skills and
- familiar with the competitive nature of the sector. Computer literate with basic ERP knowledge.
- Those currently in charge of upcountry market and having their own transport are encouraged to apply.
