Requirements

A minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 3 years in teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level classes.

A Bachelor's degree in Education or in the relevant subject area (a Master's degree or PGCE with QTS is an added advantage).

Proven experience and outstanding results in preparing students for Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level examinations.

Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or eligibility to register. • Excellent knowledge of Cambridge pedagogy, assessment standards, and subject-specific teaching methodologies.

Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and mentor learners to achieve excellence.

Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to extracurricular and whole-school initiatives.
