We are looking for dedicated and reliable Tuk-Tuk Drivers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering and selling bakery products from our distribution hubs to customers. As a driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License (Class A3) – Mandatory.

KCSE Certificate (Form 4) or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of experience as a driver.

Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.

Certificate of Good Conduct – Mandatory.

Proven ability to handle cash sales and maintain accurate records.

Physical fitness – Ability to lift and handle crates of bread.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, and fuel levels).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and sell bakery products to customers on assigned routes.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Meet daily/weekly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retailers.

Maintain accurate sales and delivery records.

Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Maintain the Tuk-Tuk in good condition by conducting basic maintenance checks.

Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
