Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience and at least 3 years in general HR practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people management. Professional HR certifications will be considered an added advantage. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic HR Management

 

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

 

Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.

 

Talent Acquisition & Retention

 

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

 

Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

 

Employee Relations & Compliance

 

Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.

 

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

 

Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.

 

Performance Management & Training

 

Oversee performance appraisal systems to promote high performance.

 

Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems in collaboration with Finance.

 

Recommend competitive compensation structures.

 

Policy Development & HR Administration

 

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

 

Oversee HR records management and reporting.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in general HR practice.

 

HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an added advantage but not mandatory.

 

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.

 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Proven leadership and people management abilities.

 

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
